As an Amazon subscriber, I'm often frustrated with managing my subscriptions, the page isn't visible enough so that I miss order edits very often. To my surprise, many of my friends had the same experience, so that I wanted to redesign the subscription process.
As a team, we redesigned product listings, set up S&S, and managed S&S in 11 weeks sprints. The result of user testing is a more intuitive and simpler user experience than previous versions.
